- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed

- Preheat oven to 400 levels F (200 levels C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together inside a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half using the cheese mixture. Put halves together again and wrap each stuffed pepper having a slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers around the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake within the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about fifteen minutes.
